What we rent
Everything the tent needs underneath it.
Every package comes complete - tent, tables and chairs together, for one price. Add sidewalls, heaters, lights or linens when the event calls for them.
High peak tents
20 × 20, 20 × 40 and 20 × 60 frame tents with the classic peaked top - the real thing, not a pop-up canopy.
Tables
60″ rounds for seating eight, or 6 ft rectangles for food, gifts and bar service. Your choice, same price.
White folding chairs
Clean white folding chairs, counted out and set at the tables before you arrive.
Sidewalls
Panels with arched cathedral windows that close the tent in when the wind picks up or the sun drops.
Patio heaters
For shoulder-season evenings - the difference between guests staying and guests heading for the car.
String lights
Warm café bulbs strung across the peak, so the tent still works after the sun goes down.
Tablecloths & chair covers
Linens and stretch covers if you want the setup dressed rather than bare.

Send the date, the town and a rough headcount. A quote request is just a question - it doesn't hold anything yet.

We confirm the quote
We check the date against the calendar, confirm the package and the add-ons, and send back a firm price. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

We deliver and set up
We arrive ahead of your event, stake and set the tent, and lay out every table and chair where you want them. Clean equipment, every time.
- 04
We take it all down
When the party's over we come back and clear the whole thing out. You don't fold a single chair.
