Family owned and operated.
Event Essentials Co. is a family-owned tent, table and chair rental business serving Ocean & Monmouth County, NJ. We started because of how many good backyard parties around here get held together with borrowed folding tables and a canopy from the hardware store - and how much better the same party looks under a proper high peak tent.
We are not a warehouse with a call center. When you call the number on this site you get the people who will be standing in your yard on the day, which is why we can tell you straight away whether a 20 × 20 will fit between your deck and your fence.
Most of what we do is graduations, birthdays, christenings, showers, anniversaries and backyard weddings, plus a steady run of company picnics and community events. Big or small, it's the same tent, the same crew and the same flat price.

Clean equipment
Tops get washed and dried before they go back in the trailer, not after they come out of it. Chairs are wiped down, linens are laundered, and anything that has stopped looking new stops going out. You should not be able to tell whose party the tent was at last weekend.
Reliable delivery and setup
We show up in the window we gave you, stake or weight the tent for the surface it's standing on, and lay out every table and chair before we leave. If the forecast changes in the days before your date, we call you - you shouldn't have to chase us.
Straight pricing
The package price is the price: tent, tables, chairs, delivery, setup and takedown. Add-ons are listed by the item so you can see exactly what a set of sidewalls or a couple of heaters adds before you commit to them.
