Frequently asked

Questions we get every week.

If yours isn't here, call 609-782-0296- it's usually a two-minute answer.

What areas do you serve?
We deliver throughout Ocean and Monmouth County, New Jersey - Toms River, Forked River, Lacey, Bayville, Barnegat, Manahawkin, Brick, Jackson, Point Pleasant, Howell, Freehold, Wall and the towns around them. If you're just outside that, call us anyway and we'll tell you straight away whether we can get to you.
Does sending a quote request reserve my date?
No. Submitting the form doesn't reserve anything - it starts the conversation. We'll confirm availability and pricing with you first, and your date is only held once we've both agreed on it.
Is setup and takedown included in the package price?
Yes. Delivery, setup and takedown are included in the 20 × 20, 20 × 40 and 20 × 60 package price. We set the tent and lay out every table and chair, then come back after the event and clear it all out.
Can I add sidewalls, heaters or linens to a package?
Yes - sidewalls, heaters, string lights, tablecloths and chair covers can all be added to any package. The add-on prices are listed on the Packages & Pricing page, and you can flag what you're interested in on the quote form.
What if I need something other than the three packages?
Tell us what you're planning. If you need extra tables or chairs, more than one tent, or a setup that doesn't fit any of the packages, we'll put a custom quote together for you.
What kind of tents are they?
High peak frame tents - the pole-and-peak style you see in our photos, not a pop-up canopy. Sidewalls with arched windows are available for any size if the forecast turns or you want the space enclosed.
What surfaces can you set up on?
Grass is the most common, and it's what we stake into. We also set up on driveways, pavers and gravel using weighted anchors instead of stakes - just let us know what the surface is when you request a quote so we bring the right hardware.
How far ahead should I book?
The earlier the better, especially for graduation season and summer weekends - those dates fill first. That said, it's always worth asking about a short-notice date; if the equipment is free, we'll take it.
What happens if it rains?
The tent is the plan for rain - that's largely what it's there for. Sidewalls keep the weather off the sides, and heaters take the edge off a cold evening. We'll talk through the forecast with you before your date.
